Ian van Schalkwyk is a Gauteng-based athlete/coach and a regular fixture in the 1.50m grades with his primary horse, Kuda Insurance Capital Don Costello. He operates out of London Lane Livery in Knoppieslaagte, Gauteng where he both rides and coaches. Ian is not only a highly competitive rider across the grades on his string of horses but also a coach to many up and coming young riders as well as a coach to fellow 1.50m rider, Daniella Machine.
